How much does it cost?

What time/days can I travel?

Our passengers choose the time they wish to fly! Rather than schedule flights at set times, our flights planned around passengers itinerary. We normally start domestic flight operations at 6.00am and finish at 6:00pm; international flights can be conducted anytime of the day and we are open 7 days a week.

Can you transfer me to any location?

Our domestic helicopter operation can fly you anywhere in Sri Lanka, all we need is sufficient space to land. Our fixed wing aircraft can fly to nine out of the 11 airfields in Sri Lanka and to any licensed international airport in the world.

How safe is it?

Your safety is our top priority; we fly some of the safest aircraft in the world. Our operational crew is highly experienced. We posses a valid Air Operator Certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka and follow safety procedures which above industry standard.

How fast can you arrange my transfer?

We can arrange flights at very short notice, domestic flights can be arranged within 2 hours of prior notice, subject to aircraft and crew availability and cleared funds. For International charters we may need at least 72 hours. For a greater choice of aircraft and price options, we recommend you contact us at least one week in advance of your flight date. This enables us to accommodate any special requests you may have.

I want to charter an aircraft, what do I do now?

When you confirm interest in a flight we will send you a Charter Agreement by fax or email (PDF). This will provide full details of the aircraft, your itinerary and payment information. Once you have signed and returned the agreement to us, your flight is confirmed and booked.

How do I pay?

Payment in full is required to conduct a flight. Payments can be made by wire transfer or by credit card (VISA / MasterCard / American Express).

Is there a charge if I cancel?

There is a 25 % cancellation charge up to 72 hours before departure time, and between 72 and 24 hours there is a 50 % cancellation charge. Less than 24 hours before scheduled departure "no refund" is possible. The reason for this is that we turn away other business to accommodate your flight. However, no cancellation charge will be applicable in case you desire an advancement or postponement of flight, subject to availability of aircraft.

What about flight tickets?

Tickets are not required for charter flights, all we require is the passenger details such as passengers name, nationality, date of birth and passport number. In all cases, you will be advised of the passenger information we will require well in advance of your flight.
